All Lui E Lei jewellery is carefully handcrafted and made to order. This ensures every piece receives the highest level of quality and attention to detail before it ever reaches your hands.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow time for your order to be lovingly crafted.

Production Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. During busy periods, production times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom Orders: Please note that fully custom pieces may take a little longer than our standard production time, depending on the complexity of your design. We will always keep you updated throughout the process and confirm your estimated timeframe before we begin crafting.

Shipping — Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders, dispatched from Sydney.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Lui E Lei.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all Lui E Lei pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We ask that you please choose carefully before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will always make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it for you promptly.

Custom Orders

All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Given the personalised nature of custom work, we recommend reaching out before ordering if you have any questions.

Please also note: Custom orders may take a little longer to produce than our standard 7–14 business day window. We'll confirm your exact production timeframe when your custom order is placed so you always know what to expect.
