3. Record your wrist measurement in inches or centimetres.

Method 2: String & Ruler

1. Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or paper strip around your wrist.
2. Mark where the ends meet.
3. Lay the string flat and measure it against a ruler.
4. Record the measurement in inches or centimetres.
